We are sure that you enjoy savouring new dishes and would like to prepare them yourselves. At the Magnanerie we organise cooking lessons not just for you to learn but also to have a great time. Enjoy yourselves in a warm and friendly ambiance. |

Your hosts, both of them chefs, will organise seven inspired cooking lessons in Provence over the coming year, each course accepting a maximum of 4 participants. You are guaranteed a culinary adventure full of flavour and colour.

• Course Programme |
This cooking lesson in Provence will last two days.
The two meals of the day will be prepared in the morning.
The students will prepare the complete meal - starter, main course and dessert.
La Magnanerie will provide everything needed - apron, utensils etc... Each student will receive detailed recipe sheets on which they can make their own notes.
The course will include the theory and demonstration of the different cutting techniques.
Together we shall lay the table following the french art of table dressing and the service of wine. The washing up during preparation shall be done at the time ; after the meals all will go into the dishwasher.
Various visits are planned - winery, agricultural cooperative, cheese maker - and also, depending on the dates of the course, the saturday morning traditional Cevenol market where you will have the opportunity to meet local producers and try their products.

1st day
Late afternoon arrival and dinner together in the evening
2nd day
9am - 12.30pm Cookery Course - 1pm Lunch - 6pm Second Cookery Session preparing Dinner
3rd day
9am - 12-30pm Cookery Course - 1pm Lunch and Departure (possibility of moving departure to following day)

Arrival Saturday at 1:30pm
2pm wine tasting, and a visit to a producer’s or the afternoon free according to the season.
4pm cooking workshop (preparation of one of the dishes that we will have for dinner that evening).
7pm cocktail.
8pm dinner together.
The night’s stay and breakfast on Sunday morning, departure by 11:30.
160 euros for 2 people or 116 euros for 1 person.
