By Car : follow directions to Aix en Provence and take the A8 (to/from Nice). Take the exit number 31 "Val St. Andre/Aix 3 Sautets". At the first round-about take a right, you would arrive at a second round-about. Take a right again. You are on avenue Henri Malacrida. You will pass the gendarmerie and a camping. At the lights after the camping, take a right, direction Meyreuil. Drive over the bridge, "Pont des 3 Sautets". At the T-junction, take a left. Drive about 700 meters and Villa Valbelle is located on your right.
By Train : there is a super fast train TGV station at Aix en Provence. The TGV station of l'Arbois is about 10 minutes from Villa Valbelle. Your journey time to Aix en Provence is 2h55 from Paris and 1h40 from Lyon. Information/reservation SNCF : +33 (0)8 36 35 35 35 (within France).

To the North lies Haute-Provence dotted by hills and high "plateaus", with its scented fields of lavender in colourful mosaics. The regional natural reserve of Luberon (44 km) is open to you and is a harvest of scents and colours.
To the South, lies a totally different aspect to your journey. Moored at the edge of one of the most beautiful shores of the Mediterranean, stretched between the Camargue and the glistening cliffs of Cassis (45 km), Les Baux de Provence and St Rémy de Provence (70 km), deliver the testimony of their historical past to you.
The backcountry smells of pines, eucalyptus, and mimosa : the Gorges of Verdon (128 km), Grasse (155 km) and Vence (170 km) are places impossible to circumvent.
The coast invites you for a swim. Marseilles (30 km), Bandol (67 km), Sanary (74 km), Frejus-St Raphaël (118 km), St Tropez (121 km), and Lavandou (125 km), are stretched under the sun towards the East.
