Cooking school in Avignon, at the foot of the Popes' Palace

Since 1994, La Mirande welcomes each year, within the scope of its "Marmiton" program, the greatest chefs of the region. 
One week each month, they meet with you in the private mansions' old kitchens and officiate over the 19th century wood-burning oven. All gourmands, young and old, will love these entertaining moments when the tricks and secrets of cooking are passed down in a spot stamped with history.
