"The place will enrapture you with its centuries-old charm. A marvellous and grand residence, tastefully decorated in the vein of the surrounding localities, beautifully furnished with wonderful objects and so much sunlight.
Last year's pleasant surprise was to find the young chef Laurent MURON, who asks nothing more than to work his talents. Points for the confit de foie gras, freshly made pain au lait served warm, sauted scallops with leek and caramelized balsam, quenelle of pike, green baby asparagus in mild curry, red snapper in a béarnaise of small vegetables and garlic cream, leg of lamb in herbs and foie gras, tender beef with green olives and truffle juice, warm chocolate fondant, burnt sugar almond florentines, Saboyan of fresh fruit and Marc de Châteauneuf. A quality wine list at reasonable prices to be considered, hospitality and service which displays those sought after treasures of generosity and courtesy".

Our restaurant in the Vaucluse "La Table du Moulin" is closed Saturday lunch and Monday lunch in summer, Saturday lunch, Sunday evening and all day Monday in winter. Annual closing for 3 weeks at the end of November. |
