The cellar "Le Vin dit Vin" has an immense choice of French wine carefully selected by Rosy Subileau who is a wine stewardess with a diploma from the Tain L'hermitage school.

The stock includes famous wines such as Chateauneuf du Pape, Hermitage la chapelle, and Côte Rotie ; but also local regional wines from Pic Saint Loup or Faugères, not forgetting a few wines from the Pays des Cevennes.
